The Cognizant Center for Future of Work and Future Workplace conducted a joint nine-month initiative to define what the future of hr could look like.

This resulted in the creation of over 60 new hr roles, including detailed responsibilities and required skills for each. Here are 7 key jobs expected to shape hr in the coming decade.

Human bias officer

As companies increasingly rely on ai for decision-making, having someone responsible for monitoring human bias will become essential.
